At Abrifit, we strive to provide the most reliable and efficient gym management software for your business. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure transparency regarding our billing and refund practices.
2. Subscription Payments
Abrifit operates as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). All subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the service has been successfully activated for your account.
3. Free Trials
We offer a 30-day free trial period for new users to evaluate our platform and features. We strongly encourage you to utilize this trial period to ensure that Abrifit meets your business requirements before committing to a paid subscription.
4. Refund Eligibility
While our general policy is that fees are non-refundable, we may consider refund requests in special circumstances, such as:
- Technical failures on our end that prevented you from using the service for a significant period.
- Proven unauthorized transactions or fraudulent use of your payment details on our platform.
- Requests made within 24 hours of an accidental initial subscription purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the free trial period ended and a payment was processed.
- You did not use the platform despite having an active subscription.
- You found a feature missing that was not promised or available during your trial.
- You are unhappy with the AI insights or analytics results provided based on your data.
6. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error, please contact our support team immediately. We will review the transaction and, upon verification, process a refund for the duplicate charge.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Abrifit subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing month or year.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days. The actual time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (e.g., Razorpay).
9. Payment Gateway & Taxes
Please note that certain non-refundable charges, such as payment gateway processing fees or applicable taxes (GST), may be deducted from the total refund amount where permitted by law.
10. Account Suspension & Abuse
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions (including fraud, abuse, or illegal use) are not eligible for any refunds of remaining subscription balances.
11. Changes to This Policy
Abrifit reserves the right to update this Refund Policy and our pricing plans at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
