Affiliate Program Terms

1.
Eligibility — Open to individuals and businesses with a genuine online presence. AbriFit reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
2.
Commission — 10% of the first subscription payment made by a gym referred via your unique affiliate link. Commissions are on net amounts (after discounts).
3.
Cookie Window — Referral tracking is valid for 90 days from the first click on your affiliate link.
4.
Payment — Commissions are reviewed and approved by AbriFit admin within 90 days of a successful subscription. Payments are processed via bank transfer or UPI as provided during onboarding.
5.
Prohibited Methods — Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, paid search ads bidding on AbriFit brand terms, or any deceptive marketing. Violations result in immediate termination and commission forfeiture.
6.
Self-Referral — Affiliates may not refer themselves or entities they control. Self-referrals will be disqualified.
7.
Chargebacks & Refunds — If a referred subscription is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is cancelled.
8.
Termination — AbriFit may terminate an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms. Approved commissions prior to termination will still be paid.
9.
Modification — AbriFit reserves the right to modify commission rates or terms with 30 days notice via email.
